Delete your account

Your birth details, your family and your conversations are yours. You can delete your Astrodhi account and everything in it whenever you like. It cannot be undone.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Astrodhi and tap the menu (☰) at the top.
2. Tap Settings, then go to Privacy and your data.
3. Tap Delete all my data, then Yes, delete everything.

Your account and everything below is deleted from our servers straight away, and the app clears its copy on your phone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with (or tell us the phone's Google account you used), with the subject “Delete my Astrodhi account”. We check that the request is yours, delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and write back to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your birth details and your chart settings
• Everyone you added to your family, with their birth details
• Your readings, reports and matching results
• Your conversations with Ajna, and the spoken replies saved for listening again
• Your Rudraksha balance, plans and reminders, and any feedback you sent from the app
• Any technical notes about your account in our error log (these never hold birth details or chats)

What is kept

• Payments made through Google Play stay in Google's own records, as Google requires. We keep no copy of your card or UPI details.
• If someone accepted a family invite you sent, their own account stays theirs; it just no longer shows who invited them.
